The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA §50-18-70 et seq.) provides that all public records, with the exception of those exempted from disclosure by court order or law, shall be open for personal inspection and copying. MARTA adheres to the code and makes non-exempt records available upon request.

Also, please be aware that Georgia law allows an agency to collect a reasonable charge for research, retrieval and other direct administrative costs for complying with a request.
The administrative fee for document retrieval, review, and copying is
the prorated hourly salary of the lowest paid full-time employee who has the
necessary skill and training to perform the request, and copies are provided at
10c per page.
