Airport Station Temporary Closure: April 8 - May 19, 2024

MARTA is modernizing and improving Airport Station to better serve travelers and employees at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Airport Station will temporarily close for six weeks from Monday, April 8 – Sunday, May 19, 2024.  

Bus shuttles will connect riders between College Park Station and the airport's North Terminal Lower Level (Doors LN1 and LN2), operating daily between 4 a.m. - 2 a.m. Customers traveling to/from the Airport should allow an extra 30 minutes for travel.

Rail schedule changes are frequently necessary to allow for track work. MARTA normally operates trains on two tracks, but we have to take one track out of service to perform maintenance. This requires all trains to share one track. We create special service schedules so that you can accurately plan your trips during this track work.
