Each riding passenger must have their own phone or ID,
as multiple riders cannot use a single ID to travel. However, Breeze Mobile 2.0
allows users to manage up to five separate IDs under one account. This feature
is designed for families, enabling parents or guardians to oversee fare
products for their dependents.
IDs linked to your account do not perform financial
transactions; they act as unique identifiers that connect to your mobile
account. This setup allows multiple individuals to travel while managed under a
single account. Follow these steps to add a Breeze card to your account:
- Select ‘Menu’ from the navigation bar in the
Breeze Mobile 2.0 app.
- Choose ‘IDs’ and then tap ‘Add ID’ at the bottom
of the page.
- In the ID Type field, select ‘Breeze’ from the
drop-down menu.
- Enter the serial number from the back of the
Breeze card into the ID Number field and click ‘Save.’
The Breeze card is now linked to the mobile account.
Products can either be manually activated in the app and assigned to the Breeze
card or used by tapping the card directly on Bus or Rail services.
