The Marta Breeze Mobile application is an innovative fare payment solution for everyone. We offer multiple payment options. You can purchase and validate tickets right from your smartphone. A QR code is generated for each single-use, granting access to the transit system.
Unmatched Convenience
The Breeze Mobile Application allows customers to buy tickets at any time, from anywhere without the need to have a Breeze card or a Breeze vending machine.
Self-managed account
Customers can now manage their accounts independently. You can save or change your payment information for faster check-out, and track your purchase history.
The Breeze Mobile application is free to download. You may incur data usage fees via your mobile service provider for the use of the application. Marta is not responsible for any mobile carrier data charges that a customer incurs due to using or downloading the Breeze Mobile application.
Yes. You will need a smartphone or device to use the Breeze Mobile application. You will have to install the app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to open the app. Once installed, you can open the application.
To create an account, you will need to provide your first name, last name, email, telephone, create a password and agree to the Breeze Mobile application terms.
Creating an account on the Breeze Mobile application is easy. On the sign In screen, tap sign up. On the sign-up screen, enter your information and set a password. Indicate that you agree with the mobile app terms and tap sign up. Your account will be created, and you will be automatically signed in.
If you have a Breeze Mobile account but cannot remember the Password, you can reset the Password. On the sign in screen, tap "forgot password." On the forgot password screen, enter the email address linked to your account. Tap "reset password." If an account exists for the email address you entered, an email is sent to that address. The email contains a link by which you can define a new password.

If you have created a customer account and purchased a new mobile device, you will need to first transfer your tickets to the cloud. Once the app is downloaded on the new device, you may sign in to move the tickets to your new device. If you have an unused or, unexpired ticket that does not appear, please contact Marta’s Customer Service team at 404.848.5000.
The acceptable form of payment to make purchases on the Breeze Mobile application are:
You can buy up to a maximum of 20 tickets per purchase. You have to activate a ticket for each passenger before boarding a Marta train, bus, or streetcar.
You may pre-purchase tickets for future use and activate each ticket as needed. You may also purchase a ticket on the time of travel.
You have to activate your tickets before boarding the train, bus, or streetcar. Bus operators and fare inspectors will require an activated ticket. Please note for single trip tickets once the ticket is activated, it will expire in 3 hours. For day passes once the ticket is activated, it will expire at 12:00 A.M.
The Breeze Mobile Application does not issue refunds. In the event, please Marta’s Customer Service team at 404.848.5000.
Before boarding a bus, train, or streetcar, you must activate your ticket. To activate a single ticket, tap that ticket. An activation button is displayed below the ticket. A pop-up is displayed. It includes the expiration time of the ticket(s). In the pop-up, tap "yes" to confirm the activation. Tap the small barcode in the lower right corner of the ticket. A full-screen barcode is displayed. Bus operators and fare inspectors will require an activated ticket. Please note: Single trip tickets; once the ticket is activated, it will expire in 3 hours. Day Passes, once the ticket is activated, it will expire at 12:00 A.M.
If your mobile phone becomes inoperable, you will have to use some other payment method for the trip.
The Breeze Mobile application has a visual validation option. Bus operators can visually validate tickets. If you experience this, please report this to Marta’s Customer Service team at 404.848.5000.
Receipts are available through email for all purchases made through the Breeze Mobile application. Please enter your email address when you purchase a ticket, and a receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
